These Terms of Service govern your use of bigmaples.com, an online store operated by Big Maples LLC (“Big Maples”, “we”, “us”). By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We work to describe every product accurately, including its specifications, condition, and images. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. Brand names and trademarks shown on this site belong to their respective owners; nothing on this site implies endorsement by any brand.
2. Pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including on orders already placed. If we correct a price upward after you have paid, we will cancel the order and refund you in full rather than charge the difference.
3. Orders
An order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; it is not a guarantee that the order is accepted. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, stock errors, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. You may check out as a guest or create an account, and you are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We accept major credit and debit cards and supported digital wallets. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the order total shown at checkout. If payment fails, the order will not be processed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping is free unless otherwise noted at checkout. Delivery estimates shown at checkout or in confirmation emails are estimates, not guarantees, and are not a basis for cancellation or refund on their own. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided, so please make sure that address is correct.
6. Returns and Refunds
To request a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. Return requests are reviewed individually. Items approved for return should be unused and in their original packaging. Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping is your responsibility. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; the time for the credit to appear depends on your bank and is typically 5 to 10 business days. Shipping charges, if any were paid, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Warranties
Any manufacturer warranty that applies to a product is provided by the manufacturer under its own terms. Except as required by applicable law, Big Maples disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Maples is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.
